At Deruhai, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping for dresses, tops, skirts, and other fashion items from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

Return Process
To ensure a smooth, efficient return, please carefully follow the steps below before sending your item back.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Please send your return request within 30 days after receiving your order.
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item(s) if damaged, defective, or incorrect
Providing complete information helps us process your request faster.
Step 2: Return Request Review
Once we receive your return request, our support team will review the information within 1–3 business days.
If your return request is approved, we will provide:
- Return authorization
- Return instructions
- The correct return address
- Additional return guidelines if necessary
Please note:
- Do not send any items back without authorization.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
- The return address may be different from the original shipping address on your package.
Step 3: Prepare Your Return Package
Please make sure the returned item meets all return eligibility requirements.
Returned items must:
Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Carefully pack the item to avoid damage during return shipping.
We strongly recommend using secure packaging and a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Ship the Return Package
After receiving return authorization, please ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been successfully processed.
Deruhai is not responsible for return packages lost during transit.
Step 5: Inspection & Refund Processing
After we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item within 3–7 business days.
If the return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Once your refund is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be partially approved or rejected.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is usually 5–10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider first before contacting us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend:
- Returning the original item
- Placing a new order separately
This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing from your order
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief explanation
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after placement.
Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us immediately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Allow additional processing time

Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- We do not currently offer prepaid return labels.
- We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
- Items sent back without approval may not qualify for a refund.
